Bug Problems opening in ps4 game

When I open pinball arcade in ps4 it locks in initial screen and does not advance.
I can only access the game by disconnecting the internet.
Does anyone know why this happens?

Yes. PSN connection problem. Check the PSN server status on their website, check your own connection, try signing in again if possible. Or just wait...

No issues here in Canada v 1.16.

Check if you can update Pinball Arcade itself also. I just installed version 1.18.
