Long-term I'll pick it up for cheap so that I have a disc-based backup in case I want to play off-line or the content servers eventually go down or whatever.

Given what I'm seeing, it looks like the DIsc and digital download versions are different... the disc may be good at offline play, but the digital download will probably be updated quicker as it's publisher free...

AVOID THIS VERSION AT ALL COSTS. It only includes Season One regular tables. For $10 cheaper you can get both the regular and pro tables.
