Hopefully they'll dial down some of the achievements for this. The Steam version is approaching 4,000-excessive IMHO. I've only got 1,784 of them so far.

Somebody asked about the status of the PS4 version on Facebook on January 9th. Their response:

We also have to submit additional fees to submit the game to Sony so we have a bit delay on that.

Playstation 4 Question & Answer.
Before we move on to the Q&A, we would like to mention that North and South America versions will be released first and Europe will be released later. We expect the Europe version to still be released in 2020 (no exact release date available yet). Currently, we are unable to meet all conditions and requirements that Sony is asking from developers.
We hope to achieve this later in 2020, so we can also release Zaccaria Pinball in Europe.
We are doing the best we can, but the process is arduous.
**Q1. What content will be available at launch?**
All Solid State (SS), Electro Mechanical (EM), Retro, Remake, Award and Deluxe tables will be available at launch. The first three deluxe tables will be combined into one pack.
**Q2. What about Story Mode, Campaign Mode and Zombie Invasion?**
Are these available on the PS4?
Yes! Story Mode, Campaign Mode and Zombie Invasion will be available at launch.
**Q3. What are the prices of the packs?**
Solid State starter pack with 3 tables: US $2.99
Solid State pack with 23 tables: US $14.99
Electro Mechanical pack with 14 tables: US $9.99
Remake starter pack with 3 tables: US $2.99
Remake pack with 24 tables: US $14.99
Deluxe pack with 3 tables: US $4.99
Retro pack with 27 tables: US $1.99
Award tables pack with 11 tables: US $4.99
Campaign mode: US $2.99
Zombie invasion mode: US $2.99
**Q4. Is there a free table on the PS4?**
Space Shuttle (Solid State) is the free table.
**Q5. Will quests be available?**
At launch, there will be more than 4000 quests available.

Not known, we do not like giving wrong release dates, so we avoid any specific dates.
**Q7. Will more updates come to the PS4 in the future?**
Yes, more updates will be available in the future.

The latter. Magic Pixel has done the same for both the Switch and XB1 versions.

Nope.. I'd guess sometime in may if they have submitted it to sony.
