PSN down

So the PSN is down, right after I finally get table packs 23-26. Am I right to assume that high scores will not register on the leaderboards if I play offline? Might seem like a stupid question, but what I mean is when I go back online again, will the scores be uploaded?

Thanks. Doesn't matter now because it's back up. Was just cautious because the last time this happened it lasted weeks!

I was concerned that I would lay down a great high score on a table that wouldn't go on the leaderboards, making my local high scores and leaderboard score out of sync.
