Question about lighting in game [PS4]

Looked everywhere for this, sorry if answered before...anywho, I watch a lot of footage of Pinball Arcade being played on video sites [Youtube] and noticed how all of the game play seems to have darker background making the lights brighter, thus giving a more arcade real pinball feel, How is this done, is it a Pro Option? Example of what I mean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Uo7hGZwWrI as you can see it's a nice dark table with bright lights. I have a rather bright background that doesn't stand out to much . Thanks for any help.

It isn't a pro option. On the ps4 and xbox1, you have the options to set the room as light, normal, or dark. I believe that dx11 on the PC version also has a lighting slider.
