Replay not rewarding an extra ball anymore?

On all the new machines it seems the in game replay is not rewarding an extra ball anymore (based on the score, replay at 9,800,000 for example in Class of 1812).

Is this a bug or did Farsight change this on purpose?

The same thing happened when Whirlwind released. That table was corrected but anything may be possible. They could change it selectively.

Could be a poll to see what people want. At the moment a Special is worthless on Victory and C1812.

It's a simple emulation error.

It's tied to the fact that they're using the free play ROMs.
I've always thought it should be an option and always off for tournament play but in most games where you can rack up 2-3 extra balls anyway through the ruleset, what's one more?

Tee'd off does the same thing.
