Resize Desktop

I tried to resize my desktop using Nvidia Control Panel but now TPA on Steam is very distorted unless I change back to the desktop size I had when I first installed TPA. Is there a setting I can change to fix this or do I have to reinstall Steam/TPA?

If you go into the TPA config utility, does your resolution setting match that of your desktop?

After going into the utility it should save out and correct itself.
