as here was some kind of problem with foreign currency conversions, i decided to make little reference for prices in my RU region at steam by doing some screenshots from steam's shop main page.
and as long as games in RU region have near 33% price cut (it is not simple "multiple price on exchange rate") in steam so here are prices for some other 50$ games on steam with prices in Rubles for example:

Interesting, as it really isn't simple - in Russia Rogue Legacy is 20% more expensive than Epigenesis, for example, whereas here in the UK it's 72% more expensive. I guess that proves that prices have to be set by the developer rather than anything automated going on with Steam!

nor sure about Rogue Legacy, but looks like Epigenesis follows same -30% rule (for Rogue legacy price cut even more or simply price is too high in UK because of your region-special taxes).
looks more like UK have higher price rule relative to US as RU have price cut. - you must deal with Queen and parlament about this problem - this is not normal situation =)

It's probably the 20% VAT mate, I'm sure the rest of Europe are the same.
