Save folder on yosemite

Hello, i had the good (bad) idea to install PA on my home computer on windows 8.1.

After install i discover a game without my save...i switch on my windows 8.1 laptop to syncronize save BUT when i run TPA on my laptop i discover a New game too I lost all my save.

BUT BUT i have my macbook pro on yosemite who still have save because i disconect it from internet.

So how to find the save folder on yosemite to put in on my windows folder ?

I doubt you can switch save files between different OSes. Pretty sure this will never work.
