Hello!
I got the retail disc version some days ago which should only contain 20 tables from the Season 2 pack only.

I already bought all the 52 tables before at the PSN shop but additionally I wanted to keep a physical copy of them. So I did a test to find out wether there are really only 20 tables on the retail version:
1. Deleting the digital version from PSN from my HDD + additional data (which I save on USB stick before)
2. Creating a full new guest account indepentend from my registered PSN account.
3. Disconnecting the online connection by disabling the WLAN access point.
Then I put the disc version into the console and install the game. When I start the game I notice that the menu "my tables" still shows all the 52 tables which I've bought on PSN before, from "Tales of the Arabian Nights" until the first Season 4 table "Phantom of the Opera". I play this table with my second (offline) account without internet connection and it works like a retail version (no demo limitations). I could also save my scores after the game. So it seems that all the Season 1 & 3 tables has been included on the disc as well. I wonder even more because the installed game has a size of 1,03 GB instead of the 3,38 GB installation which I have deleted before. As I already bought the first retail version on disc of Pinball Arcade with Season 1 tables only, I would like to sell it when it's also included on the Season 2 disc. More curious is that the first disc version (Season 1) needs more HDD space (2,32 GB) that the second version (1,03 GB) with all 52 tables. I don't want to test it by deleting my PSN user account and initializing my PS4/HDD complete and I don't have a second PS4. Can anyone explain that to me nevertheless? Does the disc version really contain all the stuff until "Phantom of the Opera" for the same price as the first disc version???
