Is anyone able to access Season 4 on Vita in Europe?

Nope, same problem here (Netherlands). You can only buy them individually. The season 4 pass for the Vita is only available in the US store at the moment. I already wrote an e-mail to FarSight about this, but they still have to get back to me. I'll send them a reminder today.

I just checked the store again, and it seems that the season 4 pass for the Vita is available in the EU store (at least in The Netherlands). The reason why you probably can't find it, is because the name of the season pass does not begin with "Pinball Arcade", so you're never going to find it if you search on these words. The name of the pass (addon) begins with "Season 4" or "Season four". Try these words when you search for it.
