Shouldn't developmement shift over to the PC sometime soon?

I am just saying that because the PS4 and X1 are basically PCs and they also publish for the PC. It kind of makes sense to me at least. Betas wouldn't be a problem price-wise on a PC either. If I am getting my port from an 8 year old system, I'm not down with that. What does everyone else think?

I am not stirring anything. Man you guys must be like my Dad's age and comparing whose balls have dropped the furthest. I asked a ? and SB you jump into any thread regardless if you own the device or not or perhaps I am seeing things as well? This is one of the least friendly sites I have ever been on. Thanks you oldftimers rock! I have been told the 360 is the developement tool. Now I am not going to get nasty and again SB and others seem to be able to do what they want when they want without fear of being banned.
