Sideshow missing Copy Cat?

I came across someone having a 2 part clip on Youtube on CV showing the him Joining the Cirqus and the Side Show gave him a mode named Copy Cat, basically it is Simon Says. I never seen that appear in TPA, is this not in the TPA version?

I believe Copy Cat is on a custom "Home" ROM. TPA doesn't emulate these custom ROMs.
