Not impressed. Much like Twilight Zone, the colors in these photos are a mess, with a purple/pink tint to everything. Stuff that should be silver is purple and so on.

For the record, the iOS beta does not have the redshift issue.

Well, I think it looks good, but I sincerely hope it will not be a graphical disappointment for the iOS, just like last bunch of tables. I hope they don't forget the shadows and proper texturing this time, like they did on the iOS TZ table..

Glad to hear that. I'm pretty sure some of those plastics should be white or silver-grey, and not pink. Definitely the wireforms shouldn't look pink. The layout looks good, but even disregarding the colours, the table looks a little dark for my liking. I'll be buying the iOS version first so that should be fine.

How'd ya get in on the beta?

In general, the mobile versions don't have the color problems that the PS3 version does. The differences in color between mobile and PS3 are pretty stark - I posted some comparisons between real/ps3/android versions of Harley Davidson a little bit ago. The real table and the Android were pretty similar. The ps3 version looked awful.

This is the same issue - the console version simply doesn't have correct colors.

How is the mechanical sound when you launch the ball? This table is so damn exciting to play in real life, that even if they only capture a mere fraction of that experience/feeling, I'll be damn pleased. I'm not even a big Trekkie, but after playing STTNG at CAX earlier this year, this table is definitely at the top of my "want" list for when I get enough space to start collecting real pinball.

Jeez, whoever's doing the lighting lately really loves sherbert colors, apparently. :"P Textures look pretty nice otherwise.
