Subscription emails turned off

There's a problem with the server and the number of emails being sent out (and in the queue), so I've had to disable the emails that go out if someone has subscribed to a thread to help alleviate the problem. There are currently over 44,000 emails in the queue, and we're only able to send 500 an hour, so you can see why this is a problem.

Yeah, there's something funky going on. It looks like the server has been used to send out spam over the last week or so. I'm working with the host to try to sort out what's causing it.

Okay, the email service is turned back on for now. Hopefully we don't see spam messages being sent from vB again.
