Superjackpot T2 with ball on left flipper

Is this intentional or a mistake. I like to put one ball on the left flipper and shoot the other ball in the skull for superjackpot. But then you can't shoot the superjackpot without draining the ball on your left flipper.

This should be possible and is on the real pinball. What's the deal here?

What happens to the ball on the left flipper when you try? It should just sit there.

I do this many times per game with no problem, and have never drained the ball on my left flipper.

?

Hmmm, I turned that off. I still can't shoot the gun while holding up my left flipper. When starting the game and bringing the ball in play: same thing. Any ideas?

Position "top", and that seemed to be the problem. I placed it lower at 50% and I can shoot the gun while holding up the left flipper! Thanx.
