Is T3 possible? FS managed to make T2 and I thought T3 would look brilliant with the recent DX11 update. RED mode

Can someone explain a bit about licensing, would that be hard to make T3?

Licensing for sure. Plus emulation of the Stern SAM system is difficult on mobile systems.

Unfortunately, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines is not going to happen anytime soon due to an exclusive licensing agreement by another software publisher to make video games based on the Terminator franchise. This was the reason that Farsight had to push the T2 Kickstarter ahead of other Kickstarter projects related to The Pinball Arcade.

T3 runs on the same MPU as Harley-Davison 3rd Edition, so no issue there. The problem is, Reef Entertainment has aquired exclusive rights to develop games using the Teminator license, so FarSight would have to either work out a deal with Reef Entertainment (along with all the other license holders they dealt with for T2) or wait until the deal expires which could be a couple of years.
