PC - Bug Tabbing out to Firefox/etc crashes the game and makes me have to C-A-D.

I didn't used to have this problem, but now, all of a sudden it's happening: I'll be on a table, and then I hear the tone that someone has chimed into the group skype call, or FB has told me that I have some kind of notification. I tab out (standard alt-tab), and check what's up, then tab back in...and I come back to a black screen where nothing works, and my only recourse is to C-A-D, and then lose whatever progress I had in that game (the last instance being somewhat annoying as I was in a groove on Bride and had 2-3 EB's lined up (I had lost count)) on Ball 1.

Anyone have any idea what's causing this? I've never experienced this before, and I've run the game with FB and Skype going concurrently with no issue...Hell, I had a skype call going when I set my highest score on AFM, so I don't see that being an issue.

Any help is appreciated.

Use fullscreen window mode. It should resolve the issue, and also remove flipper lag.
