I'm not sure this is a iOS or region specific thing, but here goes-
Seems when updating tables thru the Mac Appstore, tables appear to zip down pretty quickly at a speed expected, no problems there, but..
iOS tables are just pathetically slow for me here in Australia, (also a friend in Jakarta), is this reproducible in other places in the world too? I know it's a long way from USA to the other side of the world, but 0's and 1's normally move a lot faster than the tables do.
I did a nice fresh restore upon iOS7 public release, (was running bets for a while), and in doing so I have to download all the tables again and it's hopelessly slow. It's a tiny bit better today, maybe, but considering the small table size, these things should rocket through.
(p.s. it's not internet connection speed etc)
