Out of all card themed tables I know I'd hope it's Jack*Bot but there are too many... I don't see how that clue could point to Xenon...

It is jack bot. The cards in the clue are a direct scan from the play field so we also know Xenon is coming REALLY soon so of guess that's 38 and as for 39 and 40 one of those will be high speed. Most likely last so thee is only one that's a mystery. Lots of folks say it's going to be a Gotlieb.

What do you think ?
I see Stargate (after Xenon and HS2).

I don't think rarity of a table stops it from being reproduced. They said they want to preserve tables for the future. Rarity doesn't necessarily mean bad table. Cactus canyon is rare because it's the last table bally made and they didn't even really finish it. The software isn't really finished. They have mentioned big bang bar as possible recreation, it's a rare table. But I think they would need to buy or at least borrow a physical table so they can shoot high-res photos of it and copy the rom. Wouldn't hurt if they get to play it to see how it plays and behaves, I guess.

Just got to play a cactus canyon in a private collection and it's software had support for a color dmd and tons of new modes that are not in the TPA versions rom - things like a midnight madness multiball. Not sure how crazy pinball mods are on real machines are getting or if it was an official updated rom. - I should have asked the owner - just need to get invited back!!!

In the case of BBB, I hope it doesn't come to TPA. If it does, it would have to be watered down considerably to keep the teen rating.
That said. it's one of the tables I'm most interested in playing. If this Pinball After Dark thing ever comes to fruition, I hope we get BBB there.

I'm certain BBB wouldn't be watered down to keep teen rating. The licensing won't allow them to change any tables even if they wanted to. And if they release it, it will be in Pinball After Dark. That's the whole idea of PAD. To be able to release tables without having to stick to teen rating. They just haven't had any tables to release under Pinball After Dark yet.

Table pack 38 most likely will be Xenon, but I wouldn't be surprised if they stuck to what they did the last time they had a table poll and release it as 39. Whenever Xenon is released, odds are that High Speed II will be the release that comes before or after it. As far as the mysterious Gottlieb of the Season, I could see them releasing either Ace High or Spirit of '76.

Cactus Canyon Continued is the name of that ROM project. It's a fan hack, not official. Googling the name doesn't seem to find any home site, but there's some info here: http://creditdotpinball.com/tag/cactus-canyon-continued/

This is a persistent myth. As long as the licensor agrees, Farsight can change whatever. Proof by example: removing songs from CFTBL, removing the Data East logo from POTO, altering the Fester artwork in TAF.

And BBB, being Capcom, would be its own entirely new licensing agreement in which the companies could agree to anything they wanted.

Yep that it! cc continued - it was phenomenal - excited to think about the possibility of extending the life of a pinball machine indefinitely by being able to alter and add to the ruleset.

My new ultimate pinball wish list

1. Official pinball constructor set (no I do t have a PC)

2. Ability to change and add to ROM - build your own modes and rulesets and share with others

I will never understand the hype behind TX-Sector. Played it a few times, and it's a thoroughly average game. As far as alpha Premiers go, I'd rather have Cactus Jack's.

People would flip out if Spirit of 76 came out before Fireball, Paragon, or any other table that was in the poll that Xenon won. I would.

Take out TAF the rest of the season is nothing to write home about.Season 3 beats this season 4 in my book.Nothing comes close to season 1.That was the best by far.

Agreed, but season one was sort of an easy one, in that they could get many of the great tables out of the way. MM, CFTBL, AfM, MB, CV, ToM, EatPM, SS, TZ, TOTAN, FH, BK. There are still some great tables out there, but season one could more easily chose from the best, and did a good job with it.
