Whats with all these cheapskate smartphone and tablet users? They spend upwards of $600 for the device but cringe at buying any apps over $0.99.

It's the illusion of not having a choice they feel the option to buy or not to buy is not choice enough. They want to dictate the terms of purchase more than what they have.
I wish more people would realize that "The Customer is Always Right" is nothing more than an old slogan, not a hard and fast rule of business.
