That Video Target Thing

It shows on the HUD with a crosshairs & one of the gofers says something about using the left flipper. Nothing that I can find in The Instructions about this & I've never got anything in this. Seems similar to the Terminator table's Video Mode, but I can't figure it. Any help on this would be appreciated. Everything else on the table seems simple to figure from The Instructions, which the developers have done a great job on.

I have Pinball FX2 also, but prefer TPA.

Press the left flipper to hit the lower "k" in "kick" when lit on the right side of the table.

Yeah, to be more specific, hit the left flipper when the light is moving downwards and the second to last letter lights up.
