That makes absolutely no logical sense but nice try I guess. TPA has actually done quite a good job in updating the tables to take advantage of the PS4 capabilities. I think it's cool that Zen is offering their PS4 versions free to the people who own them on the PS3 but really all they did was port them. FarSight has to pay the people that spent all the time working on the new lighting and physics improvements. At the end of the day they are in business to sell their products at a profit. Part of that goal would be to not lose money on any product. If they gave away the PS4 version they would be losing all of the money they invested into making it. I really don't understand this attitude that people think that companies are "greedy" if they charge for their product. I see this on many forums and facebook not just related to TPA. When did being a successful business become a bad thing? There are large companies out there that don't seem to care about anything but their current profit and loss statement. There are companies that strive to increase revenue every quarter while offering the same products to the same customers. These are the companies that are constantly trying to sell you less stuff for more money. FarSight is not one of these big faceless corporations trying to separate you from your last dime with their new bright and shiny. In the world of video games they're one of the small shops with a great group of people making a living creating something pretty cool. No one is laughing their way to the bank making and selling virtual pinball machines for a couple dollars a pop.
