Request the curse of the 2-player match setting

I usually play several 2-player matches in a row with my little son, but is very boring and unhandy because every game I have to push again the "game setup" button and I have to set again the number of players = 2, clicking on the grey Arrow button that, moreover, has a very inaccurate control (sometimes I have to click several time on it to adjust the number of players).

Is it possible in future patch to mantain the settings of the game for the whole session?

what I don't like in 2p mode, it's that each time you switch between P1 and P2, you have to use the mouse. Why not simply assigning the "ok" or "continue" button to a keyboard key (spacebar seems fine) ?
