thank you farsight for reading these comments, i was playing central park and earned the first of many extra balls when i heard that sound that has been notoriously missing from farsights recrecreations, the sound that i have posted many comments expressing the notable absence of, the sound of wood! though it could be a wee bit louder, nonetheless it is an authentic sound, it shure beats that atari sounding noise on the other tables...so why haven't the other tables been upgraded with the real sound of wood?

Would be great. We got the improved bumper sound across all the PS3 tables so it seems like it would be possible to do without much trouble.

Haha, I would like physically modeled wood sounds. I guess they just start a sample whenever the ball comes rolling down the playfield and then the sample stops as soon as the ball stops or changes direction.

in the RL arcade i could never really hear the ball rolling. there was so much noise from the video games and other pins booming . Only in the virtual world can i hear the sound of the ball rolling on the table.

The sound of wood ~ THIS is the noise I have asked for in the game these past 6 months , that noise or it's absence can really sell the recreation of playing a Pinball Machine or break the illusion.
