i speak and write 25 computing lanuages.but cannot command english as my 2nd...i speak it in a heavy accent so its ****e for tv shows

Sadly, I checked my Pennsylvania driver's license and it only lists eye color, not hair color.

Which means I can't ask my bald colleague who is seated next to me what he puts as his hair color on his license.

That makes sense. Hair color would be what gets changed the most.

That's the way it is here. What ever your hair color was when you were 16 is what it stays from then on.
