To those with bum codes

Hello all.

I understand some of you have codes for Star Trek that do not work.

If your codes are not working, please email kickstarter@farsightstudios.com. Please include your name, the code you were sent, and the region your PSN account is in.

I am talking to Sony to find the trouble. In the meantime, we apologize for the lack of communication, as the customer service department (including me) was sent to the Midwest Gaming Classic. We are back in the office and handling this as expediently as possible. Thank you for your patience.

They have ignored several of my emails, asking when I can receive a valid code.

How many time shall I email them before it's okay to complain?
