PC version over here. I noticed the same thing and no changelogs to accompany it.

Would like to know what was broken/fixed in this update out of curiosity.

Just the main EXE got updated.

My assumption is it's related to the inability to run on XP error mentioned in the PC forum. (Which means nothing changed except for some compile settings).

I can say that the update did indeed fix the problem I was having running TPA on XP. Seems to working fine now.
