Tournament Prize

I finished on the 8th place during the pinball tournament about a month ago on PS vita. I got a message from pinball arcade where they told me i've won a prize?! So far i didn't see anything
I answered there questions upon where I live but furtheron, nothing.

The prize will be some additional ball skins. You should receive them as part of an update.

you've performed a logout/login from TPA ?

I had to do that (on nexus 7, not ps vita) before the custom balls became available under: Table Menu / Extras / Custom Ball

but maybe it functions differently for ps vita ???

I think for PS3 & Vita it has to arrive with an update. But I'm not 100% sure.
For mobiles you are definitely correct (just log out & back in).
