There are more competitors in the PSN tournament than there are in either the Mobile or STEAM/Mac tournaments. And PS3 is the most ignored platform of them all?!

That made me wonder too why the PSN tourney has more participants than the other platforms. It's great, it shows the love for pinball and makes it more likely to see new tables.

PSN Tournament runs on three devices: PS4, PS3 and Vita. That can explain why there is more participants. (Voof who trusts now the Gold 1st rank, is a PS4 player)

And on consoles, TPA has been available only on PS3/Vita during many months, maybe years (due to X360 publishing problem).

So, I think there is still a big user base on these devices (moreover, you have to rebuy EVERYTHING at full price if you want to switch to PS4).

PS3/Vita version will stay alive for a long time IMO.
