TPA does not start as dx11 (only dx9)

Hi all.
I have to create new thread because I found strange problem.
When I want to start TPA from steam and choose dx11 - TPA crashes
When I start using direct PinballArcade11.exe (as administrator) - it start but I can see in right down corner that it is dx9.

So it doesnt matter which exe I choose (PinballArcade11.exe or PinballArcade.exe) because it always start as dx9.

I have checked that config is ok (i start in portrait mode).
Is that ok that in TPA config I see three tabs for dx9 and one for dx11 ?
I cannot choose display on dx11 but i can choose on dx9 - is that ok >

Any ideas ?

GTX260 Win7 so it shall work

Your Graphics card doesn't support DX11, it's only goes up to DX10.
