On the subject of this, I tried out Google Hangouts the other day to host a work meeting, and it worked *so* well!

You can load this free plugin that also overlays your Name and the country you are from so there are no questions about who is who on the Google Hangout.

When you speak on Google Hangouts, your webcam is brought into focus in the main window. Think of it like you "have the Conch", and all eyes and ears are on you. Very cool.
