Trading cards for Season 3?

I own Season one on PS4, and got Season 3 on Steam because I didnt want to wait. I saw on the store page for S3 that it had trading card support, and it shows up under badge progress, but Ive played for 6 hours and have yet to receive a card. Also, there are no drops remaining.

Anyone know how this works?

Yeah, the system is bugged for TPA. I'm supposed to get 2-3 more cards (as I already received 9), but it says I earned 0. Pretty much a bug on Steam's end.
