Bug Title: Bug - Twilight Zone: Clock doesn't function correctly
OS Version: Windows 8
Graphics Card: AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.50 GHz
Ram: 6GB
Version # 0.008:
Display Mode: Full Screen
Display Resolution: 1600x900
Frequency of Occurrence: 100%
Expected Result: Clock should show the amount of time remaining for a game mode.
Actual Result: The clock acts very strange. When a mode starts, it will skip to a different position, spin a little bit, then stop in a random position. The clock won't do anything afterwards.
Comment: Start one of the door panel modes which use the clock. The clock should have the strange behavior described above. I haven't tested this on all the modes, but I have seen it on Clock Chaos, Clock Millions, Townsquare Madness, and GREED.
