Update Without Deleting Everything

Am I doing something wrong or is it impossible to update the Pinball Arcade on the Kindle Fire without deleting the version you currently have and then reinstalling the new version of it? If this is in fact the only way to update it, is there any way I can keep my scores and table goals after I delete it and reinstall?

it should just update itself via the store, is it not?

It hasn't been updating automatically, but I just discovered something when you go into the store and push the bottom of the screen that says "App Updates." I have an update for Angry Birds, but none for Pinball Arcade, but that is probably because I already deleted and reinstalled it. I will look for it there in the future whenever another TPA update is released.

UPDATE: The latest update installed automatically. I was certain that this wasn't happening before though. Did you guys change anything in the way the update is installed?
