Theatre of Magic most definitely has new physics, and I got several "live catches" (I think I have that term right, the one where you flip at a ball and the ball stops dead on your flipper). But that is relatively unimportant... the R orbit is now makeable!

I think - I'm not sure - I made the right ramp from a trap in AFM. But it was only the once and the ball may have had a slight bit of roll to it.

Exciting times!

I'm curious. With the update of Firepower, is there any chance something's been done with emulation and the table is no longer scripted? Otherwise we'll probably still have the multiball hang on it because it didn't recognise all balls have drained (or whatever, it's been a while). And the light show, too... seeing it on Dead_Flip reminded me of the differences between the TPA scripted table and the real one.

The list of files in TFirepwr.rez is the same (the sizes of the changed files is different of course). There is an impossible shot in Firepower: the bottom POWER target. This is probably/certainly why Firepower is in the list. (I haven't played it yet to see if the shot is possible now.)

Just played a game on each of the tuned tables. Overall, the new physics and tuning seem to have been implemented very nicely. I noticed right away some wonderful improvements, for example the 'black hole' targets on said table can now be aimed for quite accurately, the trap door shot in Fun House is much more doable, the power targets in Fire Power are hittable... Things are looking really really good! Great work Mike and farsight team :). I am so glad I got my season 5 pass Friday the Getaway is very well done.

I noticed a few things that could use some attention, my applogies if any of this is a repost.
AFM: seems to be missing post caps/nuts on the plastics over the slings and on the sides. Otherwise a very noticable improvment to the visibility of the playfield art and general appearance of the table.
Junk Yard: a ball was added during play when it should not have been, I had 2 balls going in single ball mode, shot one into the sewer, activating radar adventure, the second ball never exited the sewer and "disappeared".
Black Hole: I have mentioned it before, but the post at the left outlane next to the wire that makes the inlane looks like 2 posts fused together. It's minor, but bothers me as it detracts from the realism.

I can see both packs when I use the search engine.

Thanks biff. That worked, but only if you type the word five. Strange.

Getaway is cool!
Very well done FS.

And wow. Just tested the tuning on TOM and have to say it is amazing. Now I can actually hit stuff I aim at.
Have to relearn a few shots though, because I played that thing a lot with the old settings.
Keep up the good work FS!

And are the textures on TOM improved as well? Or is this just an illusion...

I thought the same on Funhouse. Rudy never looked so good. But maybe it's just because I haven't played this table for so long.

(ps:I only search for "pinball arcade")

Fantastic!! Thank everyone on the Team for us Mike!

I gotta ask, anyone else noticed the hum of the ball roll is louder now? I was just playing Creature with audio settings of sfx at 80% and music at 50% and I can clearly hear the sound of the ball rolling around ..I don't remember it being this noticeable before..
I might just not have noticed but I've always wished for more prominent mechanical sounds I wonder if this got tweaked.

I was wondering why the update was half a gig. Now I know.

Anyway, thanks for the updates!

Steam still doesn't know how to handle season 5 on the game site and steam accounts correctly.

BUT I recognized that enter initials now works with the normal flipper buttons too. Didn't read anything about that.

I just patched with a fix for this.

If you finished the purchase but didn't get season 5 pro, then send me a PM with your steam name and farsight account (if you have one) and I'll see if I can fix it for you.

Thanks Mike. I just made the purchase again. Got the season five pro pass now.

Don't worry about the £6.99. I spent on the wrong pass yesterday. The game has given me so much pleasure. You guys deserve it! Thank you all.
