What folder are screenshots saved to? Cant find them anywhere in the PB Arcade folders, and windows search cant find them either.

Are these screenshots saved using the Steam screenshot button (F12)? If so, they're not stored locally. You have to upload them to Steam.

Otherwise - how are you getting screenshots? There's nothing within TPA that allows for it so check the help/documentation of whatever it is you're using.

On my PC, they are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\20895169\760\remote\238260\screenshots .

If you are using F12 to take screenshots, you can go to Steam->Settings->In-Game and choose the screenshot folder to use (you can also find out where it's been storing them as well)
