DLC Tables Pack #5 should be available for PS3 (NA) and PS Vita (NA) tomorrow (November 6th) and PS3 (EU) and PS Vita (EU) on November 7th.

The Playstation Blogcast said it was coming out tomorrow, and they haven't been wrong yet. I think it will be out tomorrow!

Yes it is.. I'm in toronto.. just load up the game on the ps3 and click on taxi or harley davidson and select unlock..it'll take you right to the purchase screen

I'm EST. I got it through the game by unlocking the game pack it takes you directly to the store.
