Where are my purchased videos?

Hi. I've been looking for about ten mins in the new interface now.

Is it me or are the pinball documentaries and videos I purchased to watch now gone?

If they aren't gone , they are certainly hidden well!

FlippyFloppy, I know this isn't the right thread, but will the sound update for the EM tables be implemented soon. If I remember correctly the sound update was scheduled to be implemented last March or April.

Oh, one more issue flippyfloppy, I did the android update (samsung galaxy s4) and the online connection is fixed, but when you select eight ball deluxe or any table, it won't start the game and the camera just flys around the table. You can't pull back the plunger, but you can flip the flippers though. Lol! Tried restarting my phone, exiting the program, all the usual troubleshooting.

I'll see why the EM tables weren't updated, they should of been but I confirmed they weren't. I'll have to check on Monday why the plunger isn't working for you.

Can you also check to see when the mobile tables, pre-xenon, will get the flipper 3.0 physics?

Some have, basically what we try to do is squeeze in a few fixes along with a few other updates before we update the tables and that's a time consuming process. When the tables get updated they'll get the flipper physics.

No problem, also have you tried to change your touch scheme to see if that resolves the issue? Also does it plunge if you rotate your device?

I ran into the same problem and I found a workaround. Just start the table through the setup screen in settings, instead of pressing the regular start button.

I tried rotating, and it does the same thing like in portrait mode. Thanks for the workaround Shogun, but unfortunately it does the same thing. In fact I went to the front splash screen to select random tables, and it does the same thing with one difference. My third table randomly chosen was Frank Thomas' Big Hurt Baseball, and after starting the table, it crashed and sent me to my phone apps screen. I guess three strikes and I'm out. Lol!
