Here's the Top 100 as of yesterday
Yesterday I scraped the top 2000 scores from each table on the TPA leaderboards site, and posted the top 100 in this thread
Player points per table = 2000 - rank
Overall player points = SUM(player points per table)
There are 44 tables, so the highest possible score here would be 88,000.
A player who was ranked 2000 in all tables would have a score of zero.

the highest table score you could get is 2000 - 1, or 1999, so the highest possible score here is 87,956
