Request Xbox 360 controller - Separate L/R thumbstick re-mapping

Would it be possible to map Xbox 360 controller thumbsticks for separate nudging?
I would like to push the table to the right by pushing the left thumbstick to the right
and push the table to the left by pushing the right thumbstick to the left
but currently TPA locks all nudging options to one thumbstick when re-mapping

I have wanted that as well. It would add a bit to the simulation of real table.

I've thought about that too. I think the problem may be that if you just slightly push up or down at all, it would register as a plunge and you'd end up mistakenly plunging instead of nudging ...
