Hardly anybody has a Windows Phone. Further dividing their already-clearly-stretched-too-thin resources to support a platform this niche would be downright reckless.
You're all crazy. That is the single least fun table in the history of the game. I'm sure it will appear in TPA eventually, but the later the better.

According to newsletter #8.6, this feature will be a part of the "Pro Table" upgrade packages. See the bullet point, "Explore Table Mode: gives you camera control so you can look around the table and explore each playfield."
