WHOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Got it working!
I figured out how to call straight to the SteamID without an application path and also launch it with a parameter.
I just had to add the line:
Steam(238260,,"skipwhatsnew")
Into the RocketLauncher TPA module AHK script. Seems to be completely fixed. 20 launches in a row and it navigates the menus and launches the correct table with no issues (so far, knock on wood).
I've also shared the fix with a few others having the same problem.
