FarSight recently produced a video in preparation for their Star Trek : The Next Generation Kickstarter Project. Look for FarSight to make an official announcement on this in the coming weeks.
I hate when they shoot someone from the side. I can't understand why people think it is a good idea. Otherwise it is a well done promo video. I just pray this is being created well in advance because they are learning from their last Kickstarter and organizing a better game plan. Hopefully this won't be an active kickstarter until September. Otherwise it may not be a good experience for Farsight.
FarSight stated that they are currently in the process of getting the ROM emulation working for older Gottlieb and Williams systems. They even mentioned that they were close on the older Williams systems and hope to get tables like Gorgar properly emulated in the near future.
I donated $10 for the Twilight Zone kickstarter and i'll be in for atleast that for STTNG. Keep on bringing more tables to the platform and i'll be very happy.

11k could only be referring to Cactus Canyon. The only other ones that expensive are already in Farsight's possession. Big Bang Bar is never for sale and I have not seen one that cheap in the last 6 months. They are always significantly more. Wizard of Oz and new high end Sterns are about 7-8k from the factory.

Not quite sure what you are trying to say at all,Bowflex, other than the bit about the camera work which seemed ok to me. The last Kickstarter was 140% funded with the surplus going toward STTNG, so it has a heck of a good beginning ,imo . Not sure ,of course , what they will need to raise eventually , but so far all looks pretty good .
If he's talking about one pin that they were shopping around for and the cheapest they could find it for is 11k, its got to be Cactus Canyon. CC can go for well into the teens so when he says "cheapest", 11k sounds about right. BBB is also expensive but that's a Capcom title. Farsight already has MM and AFM which could be around that price point. CC is my guess.
Speaking solely as an an IOS user/player , I think it is better for Farsight to get the tables out on a regular basis and tweak them later. Many users have apps that they download , try, and then let sit, delete, or forget about them if there is little activity from the company involved in terms of updating , putting out new material, etc. New apps appear daily to amuse or disappoint and many people will easily dismiss or neglect the ones they have if they don't see any regular activity. Thus, waiting for perfect emulations may not be the wisest course before distributing . Imo , having played both BH and Gorgar when they were first released , I'm quite satisfied with what I have received so far , and feel that I am playing a reasonable enough emulation - and those who have never played it won't know any better anyway . I recall downloading ' The Deep ' pinball app 4 years ago , playing it a couple times and then neglecting it completely ( nothing was ever added or updated ).I guess they are/ were finished with the product. I'm curious to see what Zen Pinball will do now with their imperfect and horribly difficult tables as time goes on ...
However , I'm very glad sharp-eyed persons such as yourself are around to keep them to task on their goal of putting out the most accurate emulations of the games as they were meant to be . I never spotted any differences from the old tables and felt I had a 'perfect' emulation as is .

Pinball Circus would not ever be for sale. There are only a few of those in existence and their owners are NOT selling. Not now and probably not ever. If they were I would say it would not go for anything less than 50k.
Farsight has expressed interest and apparently has good relations with the PHOF in Vegas so it is possible that it could be loaned to them but they will never possess one.

The camera work is a personal annoyance of mine. I always hate that particular way of shooting a person speaking.
They definitely have headway but my main concern is that a lot of people donated and they were very generous. This was great but I for one can't give the same donation I gave for the Twilight Zone initiative and many won't be able to donate at all. Going to the well too many times too quickly and people will run out of money. Plus the mood amongst X360 supporters is disgust and frustration. Even if they understand it isn't Farsight's fault they are reluctnt to support. The Euro PS release should at least capture that demographic which was similarly upset with the lack of any release until this week. I just don't think it will be as easy of a kickstarter as some people have come to believe.
