Taxi and Harley Davidson release date?

They made a statement on their facebook page saying the 15th, which has been mention about 4 times in this thread already!!!......
"Unfortunately, there has been a delay in the iOS update and release of Table Pack 5. Due to a problem caused when we updated a files on our CDN (Content Delivery Network), the Harley table download now fails on the iOS update that we submitted to Apple two weeks ago. We will have to make a new build and resubmit it to Apple for approval to fix this issue. The approval process is currently tracking at 10 days, so our new estimated release of Harley and Taxi on iOS in September 15th. We apologize for the delay."

Very excited since the email Newsletter #6 August 31, 2012.
"OSX Update OSX/Mac - Table Pack 5 has been submitted and should be released within the next few weeks.
Been checking everyday since. Still no update as of yet. Any day now, right?.
Can't wait for the TZ release.
Hope that it is faster then Table #5 release.

I still can not see where they say it will be released on the 15th. Estimated yes on current information, but nothing that says it will be.
Big difference.

Still can't comprehend why FS continues to give out specific dates. They are setting expectations, regardless of how the announcement is phrased. If FS had simply said:
"We have to resubmit - hopefully we'll have some news in the next few weeks."
Something like that gives FS anywhere from 1-21 days until they need to deliver "news". See what I did there? I didn't say the DLC would be out, I said there would be "news". As long as FS check in and updates the fans in that timespan, expectations are met.
There are way too many people harboring very negative feelings about FS, and it saddens me to see hate and frustration directed at a company that is working hard to give us a wonderful product.

Gotta admit though, it sure is hard to get a taxi around here. Hope it doesn't start raining.

I'm hanging out for them, I've bought every release since I found it on the day of release, and taxi and hd will be the same, I check daily, often 6 or 7 times a day hoping it will be released, but if it's "late" I don't really care. No griping I do will speed it up, and FS are screwed whether way.
Don't mention a date, and everyone wants more information, when is it being released, what's the progress, why aren't you telling us anything.
When they estimate a date, everyone expects it that date, and either gets pissed as its too far away, or they've missed the deadline we read it as.
I'm affected by the ps3 release in Australia, same with the Xbox, and if I wanted the pc, that too.
I don't get upset that other platforms are released earlier, it happens, when it arrives, I will play it, until then, I'll wait without *****ing every time they miss as estimate. They've been open at explaining slips, even when it's their own fault as was this delay, but it's not good enough for some people.

Yes, this is a great idea, let's wait for january 2013 so we can have a ride with our
Harley Davidson and with Elvira on the passenger seat, play a game with NGG at the
twilight zone where we can meet captain Picard and together with the enterprise we
can fight the Attack from Mars. After we have ruled the universe we take a taxi to the
vicory parade a have a drink with the Addams Family and Eviras party monsters. After
that we deserved a rest at the White Water river where we can do a little relax with
some nice Fish tales. Suddenly the Revenge from Mars starts but the F14 Tomcat will
strike back hard and sucessfully and send the martians to the Junk Yard.
After this we will be patient for another year and i am sure we can find a new pinball story!

I've had that feeling for quite some time now. I'm starting to focus on dlc6 instead, it's a much more exiting pack anyway.
