Nothing to worry about yet regarding the few who have reduced their pledges or withdrawn. This happens in every kickstarter I have participated in. Nothing new at all. There can be a lot of reasons for doing it. Suddenly unexpected bills, forgetting about that whole in your pocket, etc. If someone would wanna hurt the campaign they'd pledge big and then withdraw. If the 400 backers suddenly start to vanish I'd be a little more worried. Forget about that last sentence. Happy thoughts, now it will all work out.

Some people *thought* he said so on the KS page, but if you look more closely, he says: "If we don't reach our goal no credit cards will be charged, but if we raise more then the goal we’ll be able to digitize other licensed tables as well, including the next table we'd really like to pursue- Bally's incredible classic The Addams Family!"

Note the usage of the words "... other licensed tables as well, including the next table we'd really like to pursue: TAF ...", which is very different than saying that the next table is TAF.
