    Hello

We have tons of non-native English speakers, and everyone is accepting of them. Please, feel free to post as much as you'd like (and I'd expect your grammar is likely better than some English speakers).

Taxi and Harley Davidson release date?

Like the trolls in Medieval Madness, the ones that pop up here get beaten down fairly quickly. Doesn't even take 3 hits to get rid of them.

    Bug Compilation

I deleted a few off-topic posts. Please keep this to a discussion of the material in Mike's original post.

    Back up your scores/goals

I'd suggest you back them up, then you can choose to use them or not when you reinstall.

Sigs, are they allowed, are the possible?

    Sorry, no photos in sigs.

    Signature Changes

Grrr... this is frustrating. I have no idea why people are getting an error for viewing the main page of the site. It's only for "Regular Members" - the "New Members" (anyone who is under 5 days on the site, and under 5 posts) can see them fine. Permissions seem normal. Bonzo, the scores won't...

    Signature Changes

Okay, how about this... I just turned on the "Blog" feature for the forum. You can enter your scores as a blog post, and then link to them from your signature. Why don't you guys try it out and let me know how it goes. The blog feature is only for users who have been on the site for 5 days...

    Signature Changes

Yeah, the profile. I looked into that, but you can't have any formatting in there (so your table wouldn't show up). Maybe the solution is to create a "scores" page that has fields for all the tables that people can fill in. Then it's a standard format, everyone has their scores in the same...

    Signature Changes

This seemed like the best option. Initially I was looking for a way to integrate it into the user profile, except you can't use BB code in there, so all the formatting would be gone. This will become a bigger problem once more and more tables are out - the signature files will keep getting...

    Signature Changes

I've had a few complaints recently about large signature files, and how it's making the forum messy. I completely agree, and I've been talking about it with the mods. I just implemented a fix, so now you have to click on the "Show Signature" button to view a users signature on a post. Right now...

Silverball Studios LAUNCHES Pro Pinball : Revived & Remastered Kickstarter Campaign

The Kickstarter is also a nice way to build a mailing list of die-hard supporters. Anyone that's pledged money will buy the game when it's released, and now they have a way to contact us when they release it post-Kickstarter. I certainly don't think this is the end of the world.

    Confirmed upcoming tables

Also, they didn't confirm that they spent the $11,000 to buy the table, did they? I think it was just said that they found a table that was selling for that price.

Hey, one of my favorite magazines, Mental Floss, featured the ST:TNG Kickstarter on their website today! http://www.mentalfloss.com/blogs/archives/140806

Silverball Studios LAUNCHES Pro Pinball : Revived & Remastered Kickstarter Campaign

Freelance, they aren't getting any money if they don't hit their goal. It's an all-or-nothing thing with Kickstarter.

Taxi and Harley Davidson release date?

I moved all the discussion about those tables for sale to this thread: http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/1936-Tables-for-Sale-in-Europe-High-Prices

How can I browse the .res files?

I don't think you can open them up at all.

Latest NEWS And INFORMATION On Silverball Studios' Pro Pinball: Revived & Remastered

I wish they had gone for a longer timeframe for the Kickstarter. I hope that if this fails, they'll still go ahead with remastering the original games. We know they already have the license, and they've obviously been working on the engine and tables.

Is this table really that easy?

And with that, Lee has been banned. Thanks to the users who reported his post.

Why are new machines nearly twice what they were before the industry crash?

There are fixed costs associated with developing a table - artwork costs, production costs, designing the table. Those costs are the same whether you make 1, or 10,000. If you look at the numbers of tables made years ago you'll see they've decreased the numbers they release now, so the prices of...
