You lovin’ that Vertigo cab or fo you now wish you’d gone with their standard design (cost of course being a factor). What does it take to get the tables on there? Does it just update with Steam and your PC, or does it have its own store?
Audio is fine on my phone.
I’ll point out to people that paying the purple coin in the challenge rewards WILL get you another table part. That’s for the limited time event, not the standard challenges.
Is Doctor Who: Masters of Time a parody table? Nope. Used the exact same layout, just has completely new art, toys, and DMD, as well as a different rule set. They still sell it to this day. The core of the table is still just a Bally Doctor Who.
I thought Legends Pinball was coming with 22 Gottlieb tables from FarSight. I do have a very sneaky suspicion the Taito tables using their licenses of popular vid games, if FarSight is making them, will be nothing more than reskins of Bally and Williams machines. This is how they’ll get around...
It does, doesn’t it? We’re gonna wait a bit though for more info. After writing off FarSight for dead with regards to pinball, we need to see if they are indeed involved with this. Our behind the scenes speculation turned quickly rather hostile toward the possible software, which would be rather...
Like the 30 second teaser trailer of the 1:30 minute teaser trailer before the official 2:30 minute trailer comes out a month later? And then a week before the movie comes out, they offer five 30 second trailers for TV that spoil everything, along with the first 6 minutes of the movie online.
You can purchase them from Arcooda still, as they essentially bought the copies they have from FarSight to include with their cab offerings in the future. It's only available for PC, and I know they had limited quantities. It aint cheap though.
Sihumchai, this is a very common problem with pins on location. More than likely, some operator has put it on site and the location employees have no part in keeping it functional. If by chance they do have the keys and the glass can be removed, check that slope (is 6.5 degrees still the norm?)...
The Williams license isn’t going anywhere, let’s just shut that down right now. I’m privy to info I can’t share, but that I can say without fear of legal reprisal.
The idea of doing a 3 pack is one of economics. Each table build is going to cost a different amount depending on how many hours are put into each. By packaging a group, the average cost balances out, which allows Zen to keep the pricing consistant. Also, it means each pack has a better chance...
Not that I know of. I even made mention of it to Akos when there was an issue like that in NGG where it’s impossible to plunge the ball up the left ramp, how that would have been immediately caught in beta with us. He agreed that it should be reconsidered, but I’ve heard nothing since.
For what it's worth, FarSight said that as long as they are a studio, the servers will exist. Apparently the servers they use handle the TPA load very easily and it costs them very little to keep running.
I get what you are saying, in that when those of us in this forum get a beta build, it's fairly complete. However, it is listed to us as a beta, and then we get different access to a Preview build that is the same any game reviewer would get just prior to release. I don't know why you say our...
It hasn't been ready since then. The score display was an issue in that wouldn't display properly in the DMD area. We never got a new beta build apart from that first one, so it's hard to say when that issue was solved, but I know it wasn't until sometime in May a the eariliest. We were told...
That's because it was mostly a railroaded set of moves, thus always having the exact same amount of spins. I've played the beta of Dr Dude, and the Mix Master behaves much different, feels like the ball is truly wild in there. Part of this is because Zen has true ball spin (FarSight only...
I hate Tetris. I recognize it as an ingenious game, I don’t begrudge it’s popularity and I think it’s well deserved. I just hate playing it. It’s the exact same way I feel about the band U2. Meanwhile I have no problem with Dr Mario, go figure!
