I meant on PS3. :(
I played a long game on Big Shot (~350K) after the last PS3 update, and I didn't succeed to perform a Drop Catch. However, due to the placebo effect, I found the physics better, I don't know why (maybe because I beat my highscore? ^^).
Ill give another shot this week-end.
Nope. ^^ The "Regenerated" table is only for Dr. Who, and will be available only for the backers who have pledged at least 17$.
We can be afraid about what will be the result, given how bad was the FS first attempt to mod a table... (Haunted House / Ghostbusters).
So no worries, original...
Yup, device support discrepancies get worse as time goes by, even including now a core gameplay disparity. FS shouldn't be surprised that people other than PC players lose interest in supporting TPA.
Really?
Hum, maybe... 8 tables played: #309, #146, #6 (STTNG), #52 (T2), #482, #583, #6 (HS2) and currently #2 on TZ.
He will release Top 100 every 2 months now.
Wow, nice work. I also added the Invitro's Top 100 calculations into the TPA Scorecard (but it's in an ODS file).
However, this isn't as deep as you, as I'm unable to compile the Top itself (I don't know how to do it, and even if, it would require too much process).
I get almost the same...
TPA Scorecard 5.6 is out:
Link to the .ods file in the first post.
- Add Fireball and El Dorado
- Remove 3 tables from the total of played tables (SC:AOTV, TAFG, JD:SG aren't unique tables): these 3 tables don't count anymore into the overall statistics (average ranks, HOF score, etc).
- Add...
You can try to submit your problem to LAW on this dedicated topic: http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/10178-TPA-Website-Issues-Requests/page5
He's a nice guy, and won't answer "I can do nothing about that", which is dubious and more of that, very direspectful IMO.
For my part, I...
+1.
I really like too the "Glass" option in PHOF (both Gottlieb & Williams). It adds a lot of visual realism. Too bad it has been removed in TPA.
Oh yeah, I didn't know the same ball reflection was available on PC. It's the same than in PS3 version.
Yeah, it's very eyecandy... but I always wonder if it isn't involve too much charge for the GPU/CPU. Because, when you use a zoomed camera view (like the 4th one), you can actually see that the table environnement (colors, objects) is reflected on the ball. Very fancy, but useless in the other...
So true.
I remember in April 2013, I purchased TPA on PS3 + 3 DLC table packs (MM/BoP; MB/Gorgar; CV/FH). The week after, FS released the first Season Pass (no advertise before, it was a surprise). I bought it, but it was like I 've payed full price for all table packs, except STTNG. -_-
Yay.
For what I remember, the core game price has never dropped on PS3 (don't know for PS4)
The last sales on Season 1 & 2 (PS3, PS4, Vita) were on July 27th 2015 - August 28th, 2015 (Summer Sale).
Wow, didn't know that (and in fact, never noticed it). I thought you earned +1x multiplier bonus, for each whole new access to the bank (after having locked balls), not for a re-entry just after being kicked out.
Thanks!
PS: like me, I see you can't stand anymore the table music.;)
EDIT...
90% of the PAF forums members came here for the first time to report a bug (for my part, the input lag on PS3). :D And then, I realized too there where a bunch of people just like me... reporting bugs.
Well, a game can last for a long time if you start the TNT multiball each time you're ejected from the bank (and that happens a lot in one game), but the score stays low.
For my part, I tried to "strategise" (disable alarms, get the most items possible) to finally understand that you have to...
