Oh, but they do. And randomness is a pure pita to program. It doesn't exist in digital world. There are plenty of tunings made for different shots on different tables. And feeds. You never wondered how come the gumball loop in TZ is so easy to feed while say the right orbit in high roller casino...
I am certain there is no such programming where extended periods of cradling has any effect, nor would a certain amount of nudging have any either (unless you tilt). The closest thing would be that certain "invisible" paths are programmed, so one shot might not be possible from cradled ball, but...
I have samsung s3 and it happens for me when I accidentally rotate phone (so screen rotates landscape→portrait or vice versa) during play. A fix is to return to menu and rotate screen again, if merely returning to menu doesn't fix it.
Maybe you accidentally rotated screen? It happens easily if...
Why does it have to be one or the other? Heaven or hell death or life, best or worse, hate or love.
Come back to reality, guys. You want the newest console, well you have to expect it takes time before everything irons out. How could you be surprised? First gen games on new consoles won't take...
Scumble373, if you haven't seen it yet, make sure to check out this thread with great visual categorisation of camera views on different tables.

Awesome job!! The little extra space below flippers is much appreciated for mobile device playing so you don't obstruct view (usually inlanes) with your thumbs. A few tables are a real pain!
You can also down-nudge to help catching the ball, or a timed up nudge that's on its way down when you make contact helps dampening speed.
Same goes for tap pass, a little nudge instead of tap. And cradle separation can also get some variety.
Not the exact same techniques as irl but the same...
Everbody must have known LCA would win this by a landslide, the result of this poll can hardly be a surprise to anyone. What is a little surprising to me is that bk2k is runner up. But that just means it is the least liked table among those who didn't pick LCA, and those are crazy people so the...
I think it's even easier to dead pass to right upper flipper then shoot from tip of flipper (without trapping ball) to the upper left lower level entry hole. Usually the ball finds its way through the hole but sometimes pssses it and finds its way to the upper level entry instead, with a little...
All of the above! But picked Demolition Man, Roadshow and Indy. Would have added No Fear as fourth pin. These three aren't necessarily my top choices in real pinball machines but I think they would be most fun in TPA version.
Edit: Now I've changed my mind about No Fear. Don't think it would...
Have you tried not pressing select after you have entered initials? Wait for game to save and reload before you press anything after you have entered initials.
I not 100% sure but I think the risk of it happening is greater if you trigger flippers when multiballs are plunged, so when activating multiball, don't touch anything until balls are plunged.
When you learn the rhythm of the slot kickout on TZ it's even easier to shoot back in there than shooting the piano. Kickout, let bounce from right to left flipper then shoot from left right after second bounce on left flipper. Handy for tourneys. Left ramp, right ramp, piano, slots.
Oh, I misunderstood, when you said points on table, I thought you meant when you hit a certain score. There are most definitely preprogrammed paths that the ball will take, off flippers up ramps and so on, that is true. True randomization is impossible to program and there are lots of situations...

It's no coincidence, if you haven't noticed, slingshots are angled at the outlanes. That's more or less their job; to send balls to outlanes. The counteraction for both TPA and real machines is mainly up nudging just when ball hits slingshot, to get ball out of there and higher up on...
